Celebrate the Small Things Hop

vik - small things 2I’m here and ready to Celebrate the Small Things! If you are new to this blog hop, all you have to do is sign up on the linky below if you want to join! If you already have, then go around to each blog that signed up and congratulate or just say YAY to everyone and their accomplishments for this week! (Full instructions at our host Vikki’s post here!)

So I see a light at the end of the tunnel finally! My friend’s wedding that I was in last weekend was GORGEOUS! The weather was wonderful, the ceremony was great, and the reception was awesome! I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen the bride or groom look so happy! Now I am celebrating the event being over and getting to breathe again! Also, my co-worker who was on maternity leave is coming back next week and I had a short chat with her today to catch her up on where her clients are at since she’s been gone. She said I handled everything well and she didn’t really have many questions because of my notes and updates throughout. So YAY **fist pump for me**!

Now I am about to leave on a camping trip for a few days and just recharge and not think about weddings or work or my book or the fact that I will be pitching to a real live agent in one week’s time! I’m going to actually be outside and away from my computer and technology and just have fun! So looking forward to the Midwest Writer’s Workshop conference next week though. Every day it seems that I find out another Twitter buddy will be there and we make plans to meet up. I think it’s going to be a major success and it hasn’t even started yet!!

Well, that’s all for me today, lovelies. I’m ready to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air and my husband’s amazing campfire pancakes! πŸ™‚

What did you celebrate this week? Let me know in the comments or join the hop and I will find out on your blog!

  1. While ants and ticks are not my thing, I do hope you revel in your time away from the computer. I all need to recharge in nature some time (I just prefer a stormy sea, that’s all).
By the way, there is nothing wrong with a cow–whatever end you choose. Hope it was “udderly” successful (dumb pun, I know, but I couldn’t resists). Congratulations. Any acting debut is a great beginning.
